This week marks the second Sunday of Advent – Peace! Our seasonal theme this year is Now in Flesh Appearing, and our sermon series this month will focus on God’s invitation to walk in the ways revealed by Jesus, who is Emmanuel – God with Us. Words from the prophet Isaiah will guide our reflections week by week. Our second reflection, taken from Isaiah 11:1-10, invites us to walk in the Spirit of the Lord.
