Mark 10:17-34

In this familiar story a man comes to Jesus to ask, “Good Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?” He wants to make sure he has all his bases covered. As the story progresses, we discover that he has many bases covered, but he has dropped the ball. He has forgotten one essential thing.  What do you think the essential thing is that he lacks?
