Imagination is a God-given gift that allows us to enter into the stories of the Bible and lets them come alive for us. What might happen if we engage our imaginations in hearing the story of the Syrophoencian woman’s encounter with Jesus, the healer? Come and listen to a dramatic monologue which retells the story from her point of view. How might her account of seeking healing touch us if we listen again as if for the first time?
