Pentecost: Then and Now – Carol Penner and Ken Tse

Acts 2:1-13

 

Pentecost was a Jewish holy day where they celebrated the giving of the Law at Mt. Sinai. For Christians, it’s a holy day too; the Holy Spirit was given on Pentecost to Jesus’ followers. The Holy Spirit is still being given today. This Sunday we’ll be talking about Pentecost then and now, and we’ll be celebrating with the Chinese Mennonite Church.
