Consider the Radish – Sherri Guenther Trautwein

 April 21, 2024

As we launch our new sermon series, Living the Anabaptist Story, we’ll begin in the present. What are the stories and the pathways that have brought us to our current experience of the life of faith? Who or what have helped us on our way? We’ll consider what it mean to be “rooted” in shared beliefs and practices and how roots also help us grow in faith as individuals and as a community.

Scripture reading:
Psalm 1

Sermon Series:
Living the Anabaptist Story: What does the word “Anabaptist” mean to you? For many, the Anabaptist story has been inspirational and formative in matters of belief and practice. In the coming weeks, we will explore aspects of history, theology, ethics, and the call to radical discipleship that have been a part of the Anabaptist story. We’ll also consider how this story continues to shape our life together as followers of Christ at LMC today.
