Teaser: In today’s scripture reading, we hear Jesus commenting on the complaints against Him for doing what they complained John the Baptist didn’t do. We also encounter Jesus’ prayer encouraging all to come to Him. In what ways do we try to find things to complain about? How does this affect our ability to invite others to come to Christ? How does this affect our own drawing closer to Christ?
