Conservation agriculture continues to make an impact for our global neighbours who struggle with food insecurity. Botiram and Manki Kashyap share how conservation agriculture techniques increased their yield, helps them feed their family and has increased their income level in India.
“Initially, I started getting sufficient food to eat from my farm,” says Botiram, “And within two to three years, I was able to grow surplus vegetables to sell, like okra and bitter gourd. With this money, I was able to buy a motorbike. This farm gives us new life and blesses us every day.”
