MCC Partner Instituto de Estudios e Investigación Intercultural. A.C. (INESIN) equips people living in rural communities to secure food and income. Thanks to INESIN, Esperanza Sanchez Jimenez been able to build a coop to keep her chickens safe at night and grow fruit trees and vegetables like chayotes.

INESIN’s project helped participants improve their animal and produce production by assisting in the design of custom shelters and greenhouses as well as providing training in pest management and farming systems.

INESIN can be supported by purchasing Fruit Trees in the Christmas Giving catalogue.
