Church Family Happenings

 August 25, 2023

At LMC

As of September 3, we will no longer be streaming our worship service on Zoom or Sermon.net. If you would like to join us online, you can watch our livestream on YouTube. If you have trouble accessing the YouTube stream, please contact the office for help.

Canadian Peacemakers International is hosting a fundraising concert and BBQ at the Mennonite Heritage Farm on Sunday, August 27 at 3 PM. Funds are being raised to send a Seacan loaded with computers, bicycles, sewing machines and vocational tools to Honduras. Please contact Wendy B at 780 951-2650 for tickets.

The Discipleship Commission invites you to participate in our Mennonite Beach Book Festival this summer! Get familiar with your church library, track your summer reading, and share your favourite summer reads with others. Throughout the summer, the library will have a table of recommendations available in the foyer, but as always, we encourage you to check out the library downstairs for anything that catches your eye.

Please check your weekly bulletin for prayer requests and other church family news.
