Our sermon series, People of Light, has brought us to the apostle Paul’s letter to the Thessalonians. In chapter 2, he describes his ministry among them as one characterized by courage (2:2), but also care (2:8). How do these two different (possibly opposed!) postures find expression in the way the God’s people live their lives of faith? What does it look like to practice care-ful courage?
